Contemporary Trends in Bosnian Historiography: Current State and Perspectives

Within the scope of the Erasmus+ KA171 Project hosted by the Evliya Çelebi Studies Center, Prof. Dr. Amir Duranović from the University of Sarajevo will deliver a seminar titled “Contemporary Trends in Bosnian Historiography: Current State and Perspectives” in which he will discuss recent directions in Bosnian historiography and its connections with Turkish historical scholarship.

The seminar will also address the development of history departments and institutions, as well as the role of travelogues and narrative sources in Bosnian historiography.
